3 Simple Steps to make Healthy Coconut Whip Cream

Step 1: Refrigerate a can of Organic Coconut Milk (best over night)

Step 2: Flip the can upside down, open & pour off the coconut water. (don't discard! save to drink or add to a smoothie)

Step 3: Scoop out the thickened coconut cream, add a splash of vanilla extract and whip it together. (I like to use my magic bullet to blend. The cup doubles as a simple storage container for leftovers)

Optional Add In: A touch of your favourite Low G.I. Sweetener before you blend.

Enjoy a dollop of Healthy Coconut Whip Cream any way you like or with one of the following yummy healthy treats!
