Dr. Oz's Kit for a Healthy Heart including USANA Proflavanol C100

On the February 2nd, 2015 episode of The Dr. Oz Show, he revealed 4 things you need to have in your "Healthy Heart Kit" Here is a quick summary:

A Tape Measure - Not all fat is created Equal. Belly fat reveals heart health. A good indicator is your your waist measurement. This works for both men and women alike. The measurement should be less than half your height for a healthy heart. Example: A person who is 5'3 should have a waist measurement less than 31.5 inches.    (5x12 inches = 60+3=63inches / 2 = 31.5)
A Spice Shaker - Replace your salt shaker with a spice shaker filled with your 3 favourite spices and use it instead of salt. Example: Dr. Oz's 3 favourites are Tumeric, Garlic Powder and Coriander.
An Alarm Clock - Set your alarm for bedtime so that you will get at least 7.5 hours of sleep per night. Inadequate amounts of sleep adversely affect your heart health. Example: If you need to get up in the morning by 6am, set your bedtime alarm for 10:30pm
