Dr. Oz's 3 Step Plan for Joint Health



STEP 1 — Reverse Inflammation by including Omega-3’s in every meal. 


Omega-3’s douse the fire so-to-speak. They lubricate the joints and other parts of your body. 

Dr. Oz's Dietary Do’s:

Add chia seeds to your morning shake, greek yogurt or salad. You can also make a delicious healthy jam using fruit, honey and chia seeds to spend on whole grain toast! Other excellent sources of Omega-3’s are walnuts and salmon.

Dr. Oz's Dietary Don’t:

Avoid Added Sugar — Sugar trigger the release of inflammatory chemicals that cause pain in your joints

STEP 2 — Restore Function of the Joints with Exercise. 


Dr. Oz says to do this for 2 reasons: Exercise drives more blood to the joints cause they are being moved around plus it strengthens the muscles which pulls the joints apart and prevents the bones from rubbing against each other.

STEP 3 — Repair the Cartilage with a Joint Health Supplement such as USANA Procosa
