My Smart Watermelon Refresher Protein Smoothie Recipe


I have been having a lot of fun this summer creating new protein smoothie recipe's using USANA's new MySmart Shake 3 Step System that was recently featured on The Dr. Oz Show with Jenn Brown.

Watermelon is one of my favourite summer treats and so I thought why not throw it in a smoothie?

Turns out, it's quite refreshing and delicious! I even created a fun how-to video for it to kick start my new LiveWellMom Youtube Channel!

MySmart Watermelon Refresher Protein Smoothie Recipe:

  • 6 Large Ice Cubes
  • 2 cups of water
  • 2 scoops MySmartShake Protein Base of your choice: Whey, Plant or Soy (I used Whey)
  • 2 cups of cubed watermelon
  • Blend & enjoy!
